A wonderful saying and a gab explanation by Paul Chernyak:

“The expression “bloom where you’re planted” means a person should take advantage of the opportunities they have in their life and be grateful for the present situation. Oftentimes, if you’re unhappy with where you’re at in life, you may struggle with this notion. However, there are many things you can do to thrive even in circumstances that are not ideal. First, work on cultivating the right mentality. Try to appreciate the present and accept changes and setbacks. Second, look for an opportunity where you can. Take risks, make connections, and work your hardest. Last, make the most of each day. Try to be a positive force from one day to the next and, eventually, you will bloom.”

Exactly.
